You are required to have at least an Bachelor Degree, Most Salesforce Business Analyst positions require you to have a Bachelor Degree. You can get away with that if you already have years of experience as business Analyst. In that case your experience can make up for the degree.

Do I get a Certification?

No, but you will get all the knowledge necessary to take your Salesforce Admin Certification. The only legitimate Salesforce Certifications are provided by Salesforce.com.
